Ingredients

• 1/2 white cabbage (sliced in thin ribbons or grated)
• 1 large carrot (coarsely grated)
• 1 large onion (finely sliced)
• 2 tbsp mayonaise
• 1 fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
• 3 tbsp buttermilk
• salt and pepper (to taste)
• 1 bunch fresh koriander (just the leaves, roughly chopped)
• 1 pomegranate (just the pips)
