Tuna, tomatoes and olives come alive in this tasty spaghetti dish.
Ingredients
- 150 gram spaghetti
- 185 gram can tuna in olive oil
- 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 thinly sliced small red onion
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
- zest 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 50 gram baby rocket leaves
- crusty bread, to serve
