• 1 (10.5 oz can) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 12 oz albacore tuna (1 large can)
• 2 zucchini, sliced
• 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
• 1 tbsp dried minced onions
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• ½ cup plain bread crumbs
• 12 oz egg noodles (1 package), cooked and drained
• 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
