Ingredients

• 1 lb beef ground
• 1/2 cup onion diced
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 can 15 oz. tomatoes Tex-Mex style diced
• 1 can 4 oz. green chiles chopped
• 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
• 1 1 oz. packet taco seasoning mix
• 1 20 oz. can refried black beans
• 2 10 oz. cans red enchilada sauce
• 2 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
• 2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
• 6 8 inch flour tortilla (corn is better!)
• 1/2 cup Sour cream
