- 3/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained and patted dry with paper towels
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
