Lentil and frankfurter soup - Eco marketplace

Ingredients

• A packet of 5 smoked frankfurters – the thin ones, chopped into 1cm lengths
• 100g Red Lentils
• 1 large onion chopped
• 1 x 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
• 1 ltr chicken or vegetable stock
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• A dash of oil or butter
• 1 bay leaf
• Salt and pepper to taste
