• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies
• 1/2 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1 1/2 cups grated Mexican blend cheese
