• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 Tbsp oregano
• 1 sweet potatoe, cut into dice-sized cubes
• 1 onion, diced
• 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms or 1/3 cup dry mushrooms
• 1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 Tbsp Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Elderberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
• 3 Tbsp Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Basil Infused Olive Oil
• pepper to taste
