Ingredients

• 1 cups RiceSelect® Orzo
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb ground sausage
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 Fuji apples, cored and diced
• 2 onions, sliced into half moons
• 1/2 tbsp salt
• 1/2 tbsp pepper
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
