Courgette, Feta and Salmon Pasta Salad - SuperValu
This healthy meal can be made in a matter of minutes. It's perfect as a cold dish during the summer but can be enjoyed all year round.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Dressing
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 - Lemon zest and juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt

- 40 g SuperValu Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Chives snipped
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Mint chopped
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf chopped

- 500 g SuperValu Fusilli Pasta or orzo or farfalle
