• 40g (1 1/2oz) sugar, plus 1 tbsp extra
• 150g (5oz) plain four, plus extra for dusting
• 300g (10oz) strawberries, hulled and halved
• 6 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 vanilla pod, seeds scraped out
• 175ml double cream
• 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
