BEEF SATAY WITH WILD RICE CAKES

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
• 1/2 cup minced spring onions
• 1/2 tsp roasted garlic powder
• 2 tsp. garlic steak seasoning
• 1 # beef, cut into thin, wide strips against the grain
• canola oil for brushing on beef when grilling
• 2 cups cooked Banquet Blend
• 3 cups broth
• 1 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
• 1/2 cup minced onion
• thyme or herb of choice
• salt and pepper to taste
• oil to brown them on griddle
