- 1 kg cubed chicken fillets
- 1 Tblp ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tblp tandoori spice
- 1Tblsp Portuguese spice
- 1TBlsp chicken tikka spice
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- Any sauce to add to marinade egg: mayobnaise . .chilli sauce ..mochacho sauce ..Nando Peri Peri or any Peri Peri spice
- Adjust salt and add more chilli.if you prefer hot
- Alternate onion chicken green or red or yellow capsicum
