Pork Ho Fun Soup - SunPork Fresh Foods

Ingredients

• 500g SunPork Fresh Foods Scotch Fillet, cut into med sized chunks
• 3 star anise
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tsp. cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• ¼ tsp. Sichuan peppercorns
• ¼ tsp. fennel seeds
• 1 whole nutmeg
• 2 cardamom pods
• 2 Tbsp. oil
• 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, thinly sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 3-4L water, depending on your pot size
• 500g fresh ho fun noodles*
• 2 pak choy
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• Coriander, chopped to serve
