Country Coleslaw recipe: Very simple to make, especially if you by the cole slaw mix cabbage to begin with.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons sugar or Splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups shredded cabbage (see Note)
- 1/2 cup Shredded carrots (about 1.5)
- 1/4 cup chopped or thinly sliced green bell pepper
