White Bean, Tomato and Braised Beef Salad | RICARDO

Ingredients

• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 can (19 oz / 540 ml) white beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup (250 ml) cold Braised Beef with Onions, fat removed and diced
• 1 cup (250 ml) cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) red wine vinegar
• 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper
