White Bean and Tomato Italian Salad - I Feel Like Cooking

Ingredients

• 2 cans white beans, drained
• ½ pint cherry tomatoes quartered
• ¼ small sweet onion sliced thin
• 2 cloves garlic chopped finely
• ½ t fresh oregano chopped
• 1 t fresh thyme leaves chopped
• 1 stalk of celery diced
• Zest of ½ a small lemon
• 1 t fresh lemon juice
• 1 T good olive oil
• 2 T red wine vinegar
