I was determined to take the s’mores genre in a direction it was never taken before. Covered in a cookie, wrapped around a stick, and baked on the grill.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/4 cups Glicks White Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup finely crushed Lotus cookies
- regular-size marshmallows
