Yummy Potatoes Casserole / Jackson Family Recipes

Ingredients

• 6 potatoes, cooked with skins on, then peeled and shredded in bottom of casserole (1 inch thick)
• 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
• 1/2 pint sour cream
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/3 cup chopped onion
