Christmas Swedish Meatballs - Thriving on Real Food

• 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp Salt (1 tsp if kosher)
• 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 lb Ground Beef
• 1/2 lb Ground Pork
• 3 cups cremini mushrooms (finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 4 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (I like homemade)
