• 4 lbs short rib of beef
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 2 medium onions , sliced
• 1 tomato sauce
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 4 1/2 cups medium noodles
