Ingredients

• 3/4 cup pecans, toasted
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup oatmeal
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1 1/2 pounds rhubarb stalks, ends trimmed, 1" pieces
• 2 cups strawberries, hulled, halved
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• Vanilla Ice Cream
