• 1 Yellow Onion, Minced

• 1/4 lb Bacon, Chopped fine
• 1/2 cup Chopped Carrot

• 6 sprigs Fresh Parsley
• 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
• 2 Merchants Bay Leaves
• 3 tbsp Fresh Mint, Chopped
