• 1 tbsp tamari
• 200g mushrooms, finely chopped
• 20 very ripe plum tomatoes
• 1 tbsp fresh chopped oregano
• 3 tbsp crème fraiche
• salt and pepper to taste
• beaten egg yolk to glaze pastry
