• 1 litre oil for frying
• 75 ml White wine vinegar
• 2 TEASPOONS Vegetable broth (instant)
• 8 Chicken drumsticks (approx. 100 g each)
• 75 g Paprika potato chips
• 50 g Breadcrumbs
• 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
• 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
• 3-4 Tbsp Flour
• 1/2 Cucumber
• 2 TEASPOONS grated horseradish (glass)
• 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen paper
