Spiced Nutty Granola – Gewürzhaus

Ingredients

• 2.5 cups rolled oats
• ¾ cup coconut, shredded
• ½ cup raw almonds, chopped
• ½ cup raw cashews, chopped
• ½ cup raw Brazil nuts, chopped
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• ½ cup dried apricots, chopped
• ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
• ¼ cup sunflower seeds
• 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted (or macadamia oil)
• 3 tbsp of either maple syrup, honey or rice malt syrup
• 1 tbsp Gewürzhaus Apple Cake Spice
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• Cold milk and fresh fruit of choice
