- 8 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 15 caramels, unwrapped
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup crushed pretzels
- 3 tablespoons caramel topping
