• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• CRUST:
• 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup cold butter
• 6 to 8 tablespoons ice water
• 1 large egg, beaten
