Bean Stew with Sausages and Sour Cream - ByLena.com
As promised, here is another bean stew recipe. This one is a bit more "sinful", but it's so good that it's worth cooking at least once or twice a year.
Ingredients
- ● Boiled beans 1 kg about 500g dried beans
- ● Sausages 300 g + some bacon or smoked pork breast - optional
- ● White onion 1 piece
- ● Tomatoes 1 piece
- ● Tomato paste 1 tsp or pepper paste - I normally use this
- ● Sour cream 300 g simple, fermented sour cream
- ● Salt 1 tsp to taste
- ● Ground black pepper 0.25 tsp + other herbs - parsley, tarragon
- ● Sunflower oil 20 ml
