Baby Shower Recipe - Barbeque Ribs (Pork/Beef)

Ingredients

• Ribs - I use pork, but you could use this sauce for beef as well.
• Garlic Powder (about 3 or 4 tbsp)
• 1 Large Onion
• 2 to 3 Garlic Cloves (optional)
• 1 cup of Water
• 1 tsp of Mustard
• 1/3 cup of Vinegar (I have substituted Vinegar with Lemon Juice and had a wonderful effect)
• 1 cup of Ketchup
• 2 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp of Chilli Powder
• 1/2 cup of Light Brown Sugar
