Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 4-5 whole whole carrots (sliced)
• 4-5 stalks celery (sliced)
• 1 heaping tablespoon garlic (diced)
• 8 ounces Portobello mushrooms (sliced)
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon sage
• 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon thyme
• 1 bay leaf
• season salt to taste
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/3 cup flour
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 3-4 cooked chicken breasts (diced)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• Parmesan cheese
