• 1 avocado, peeled, cut into wedges
• 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1/2 red pepper, diced
• 1/2 red pepper
• 1 romaine lettuce, washed and cut into strips
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 4 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp mustard
• Salt, Pepper
• 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
