Ingredients

• ¼ cups Canola oil
• 2 lg Onions, sliced
• 2 lb Stew meat, boneless
• 2 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
• 2 sl Bread, soft
• 1 can Beer, (12oz)
• ½ cups Water
• ½ teaspoon Instant minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon Instant beef bouilion. granules
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 Bay leaf
• 2 tablespoon Wine vinegar
• 2 can Baby white potatoes, (16oz)
• 2 tablespoon Dried parsley flakes
