Ingredients

• 4 large eggs, at room temperature
• 225 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature, cut into small pieces
• 800 grams confectioner's sugar, whisked before measuring (plus extra as needed)
• 2 Tablespoons whole milk (plus extra as needed)
• 3 x 170 gram Packages Driscoll's Raspberries
• 1 x 500 gram 1 Package Driscoll's Strawberries
• 1 x 170 gram 1 Package Driscoll's Blackberries
• 395 grams bag of sweetened flaked long-shred coconut
• Purple gel coloring
