Ingredients
- Oil for frying (canola, vegetable or peanut oil)
- 1 jar of Bubbies Bread and Butter Pickles (drained and dried on paper towels)
- 2 eggs (beaten)1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 – 2 ½ cups of panko bread crumbs.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp of fresh parsley or dill chopped for garnish
