• 1/2 kg medium sized prawns (cleaned)
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp chilli powder
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• Salt as required
• Coconut oil as required
• 3/4 cup shallots (sliced)
• 3/4 cup onions (sliced)
• 1 tsp ginger (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp carrot (finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup tomatoes (diced)
• 1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 8 quail eggs
• 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
• 1/4 tsp fenugreek
• Coriander and curry leaves as required
