Chicken Meatballs with Sweet and Sour dipping sauce

Ingredients

• 300g chicken mince
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp Yutaka Pankp Breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
• 2 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1/2 cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
• 1 tsp Yutaka Wasabi Paste
