A Santa Barbara twist on the Seelbach cocktail, Saint Barb’s Blast blends local bourbon, sparkling wine, bitters, and a hint of citrus.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Ascendant Breaker Bourbon
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 10 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 10 dashes Angostura bitters
- 10 ounces Riverbench Cork Jumper Blanc de Blancs (chilled (enough to fill two champagne flutes))
- 2 orange peel twists
- 6 pomegranate seeds (optional)
