• 2 cups almond flour
• 2 tablespoons arrowroot (optional but recommended)
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup Sunkist® lemon juice (2–3 Sunkist® lemons)
• 1/4 cup honey maple syrup
• 2 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 pinch of sea salt
• 1 zest from 1 lemon
