Ingredients

• ¼ cup of White Zinfandel wine
• 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
• 3 cloves of garlic minced garlic
• 1 cup of Oyster sauce
• ¼ cup of black bean garlic sauce
• ½ pound of ground pork
• ½ pound of ground beef
• ¼ salt
• 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
• 1 ½ cup of Blue Cheese
• 4 Sesame seed buns split
• 4 tablespoons of butter liquefied
• Vegetable oil for brushing on grill
• 12 good sized lettuce leaves for garnishing
