Ingredients

• 2 x 3.5oz packs of Regal Cold Smoked Salmon
• 6 slices sourdough
• 1 oz of butter
• 3 oz of cheese , sliced
• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon of chives, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, roughly chopped
• sea salt
• cracked pepper
• caper berries, to serve
