• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 lemon, juice
• 2 tsp honey
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• ¼ tsp oregano, dried
• 1 pinch of chilli flakes, dried
• Salt and black pepper
• 800 g cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
• 3 roasted red peppers, from a jar
• 5 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, from a jar
