Ingredients

• 2 sweet potatoes (halved)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• handful of kalamata olives
• 3.5 oz sour cream
• handful Small basil leaves
• Sprinkling of pepita seeds
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 brown onion (finely chopped)
• 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
• 28 oz kidney beans ( rinsed and drained)
• 14 oz black beans (rinsed and drained)
• 21 oz Mutti® Crushed Tomatoes (Polpa)
• 1 tbsp oregano leaves
• 1 red chilli (chopped)
• pinch of salt
