Ingredients
- ***For the Stew
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1kg stewing beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 4 Bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Beef Rub
- 2 TBsp Tomato Paste
- 3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 750ml Beef stock
- ***For the dombolo
- 3 cups cake flour
- 5g instant dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- About 2 cups warm water
