• 2 tbsp yellow mustard
• 3 tsp poppy seeds
• 8 oz. shredded Colby & Monterey Jack finely shredded cheese
• 1 package romaine lettuce leaves
• 6 cheese onion rolls
• 1 spray can cooking oil
