Ingredients

• 1 Pound, thick-sliced bacon Applewood smoked (Nueske’s if you can find it!)
• 1 tablespoon, low sodium soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon, Chinese five-spice powder
• 1 cup, light brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon, red pepper flakes
