Ingredients

• 1/2 chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 1 carrot, grated
• 2 tablespoons oil or butter
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• 3/4 pint water
• 2 to 6 tablespoons Lewis Labs Brewer's Yeast™ Flakes
• Salt and pepper to taste
