Ingredients

• - 500g turkey mince
• - 1 x onion
• - 1 x carrot
• - 2 cloves garlic
• - 2 or 3 chillies
• - 8 x cherry tomatoes
• - 1/2 vegetable stock pot
• - 2 tspns dried marjoram
• - 2 tspns dried thyme
• - 1 tspn dried oregano
• - a splash of sherry
• - a dash of white wine vinegar
• - a flash of extra virgin olive oil
• - 500g dried pasta
