• 12 oz package broccoli slaw
• ½ purple onion, thinly sliced
• 2 lbs fresh salmon, skinned and cut into pieces
• ½ lb smoked salmon
• ½ tsp sea salt, optional
• 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, optional
• 24 small buns
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
