• 1 x Goulburn Valley Peaches sliced in Juice 700g
• 1 1/2 cups plain flour
• 1 tbsp raw sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup whole milk – room temperature
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted, plus more for cooking
• 1 large egg, at room-temperature
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
